The kitchen at No.32 Duke Street is focused on producing the best possible experience whilst being accessible to all. Working with local suppliers to celebrate quality products and closing the distance between the origin of source and diner. Using people like Paddy at 'Plantation Pigs' to supply our meats; Mark Dyer at 'The Gay Farmer' to supply our olive oil, eggs from Susie at 'Macs Farm', and Julien of 'Julien Plumart' to bake our brioche buns on the premises and our chips cut by hand.
